As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a central role in that journey, helping us turn insights into improvements and change into opportunity.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll help shape meaningful change - turning insight into smarter systems, clearer processes, and smoother experiences for our colleagues who rely on them every day. This is a role where analytical thinking meets human impact. You’ll dive into data, map out problems, and define requirements - while supporting and guiding teams through change so they feel confident, informed, and engaged as new ways of working are introduced. As a transformation ambassador, your ability to influence, motivate, and communicate will be just as important as your technical skill.

You’ll bring GCSE or equivalent qualification at grade C or above. Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst. Demonstratable knowledge and or experience of project management. A commitment to Equality and Diversity.
