Imagine being part of the team delivering projects that transform systems, data and services. We’re looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in systems replacement and integration to support a diverse mix of initiatives. This is an opportunity to get hands‑on with high‑impact technology and change projects that make a real difference to service delivery.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio and Change, you’ll support a diverse range of digital transformation projects – from system implementations to wider business change initiatives. You’ll help drive projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring strong governance, clear reporting and effective management of risks, issues and dependencies. Working closely with IT, business teams and external partners, you’ll help shape solutions, support adoption and ensure projects deliver real, lasting impact.

What we’re looking for

  • Customer Driven: You understand how projects impact customers and services, ensuring solutions improve outcomes, efficiency and long‑term sustainability.
  • Accountability: You take ownership of project delivery - managing timelines, risks, budgets and reporting with accuracy, and ensuring projects stay on track and deliver value. You’re committed to continuous improvement, keeping up to date with best practice in project delivery, and looking for ways to strengthen processes, systems and outcomes.
  • Champion Communication: You communicate clearly and confidently, bringing stakeholders together and translating complex information into meaningful insights that support informed decision‑making.

You’ll bring proven experience in Project Management, delivering projects across both technology and business change environments. A strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to defined quality standards. Experience delivering system integration and data migration projects. Experience of procurement processes and working with external partners. Experience using recognised project methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches). Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions. A commitment to Equality and Diversity.
