Full time (40 hrs) £35,000 Permanent Location: Trowbridge and surrounding areas
The role
We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our friendly team of Operatives, working on properties in and around the Trowbridge and Melksham area. This is a varied role, working on both new and existing builds. You’ll carry out plumbing and associated works to kitchens and bathrooms, as well as remedial work across our properties as the need arises.
You’ll be provided with a company vehicle and will have the added benefit of Customer Service team managing and updating your jobs as you go, so you can focus on providing the best customer service possible. We also regularly hold Toolbox Talks and training sessions to help you develop and acquire new skills.
Ideally we are looking for:
- Experience detecting faults in plumbing appliances and systems and correctly diagnosing their causes.
- Confidence installing, repairing and maintaining domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Experience testing pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
- Minimum of NVQ level 2 plumbing.
- Knowledge of industry best practice to an intermediate/advanced level and how to use this knowledge to ensure high standards and safe practices.
- Desire to deliver work to a high standard, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
