About the role: As a Maintenance bricklayer, you’ll deliver day-to-day repairs across our homes, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and right first time. Working in both occupied and void properties, you’ll carry out a range of tasks - from brickwork and external repairs to associated trades - using your skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions. You’ll manage your own workload, meet agreed timescales, and work closely with colleagues to keep services running smoothly, all while maintaining a strong focus on quality and a customer-first approach.

You’ll bring:
- A recognised qualification in bricklaying (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) or proven hands‑on experience across brickwork, blockwork, and general building repairs.
- Experience working in occupied homes or similar customer‑focused environments, with a respectful and professional approach.
- Strong practical skills across a range of maintenance tasks, with the ability to diagnose issues and deliver effective, long‑lasting repairs.
- A solid understanding of health and safety, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across locations as required.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check, a Right to Work check, and a DVLA licence check.
Working hours: You will be required to be on site and ready to start at 08:00, working through to 17:00 with a one‑hour unpaid lunch break.
