* Be a Pro Val administrator – support the Group development director, Head of new business and home ownership and Senior finance business partner to ensure that Pro Val system is set up correctly and users are set up with the correct rights and permissions.
* Co-ordinate and support project audits, both internal and external, including collation, verification and production of audit files and key information for future charging.
* IMS Administrator – support the Group development director and Senior finance business partner to ensure that the Homes England Investment Management System is set up correctly.
* Process and report on financial, performance and other development information for internal and external monitoring and reporting purposes.
* Provide project support to project managers on key stages in projects.
