You'll work both independently and with colleagues, providing a smooth, customer-focused service while following health and safety standards.

What we're looking for

  • Customer Driven: You understand the importance of working in customers' homes, delivering a respectful, reliable service and ensuring every job leaves a positive, lasting impression.
  • Accountability: You take ownership of your work, managing your time effectively, meeting targets, and delivering a high‑quality finish without cutting corners.
  • Develop & Learn: You're committed to maintaining and developing your decorating skills, keeping up to date with best practice to consistently deliver excellent standards.
  • Champion Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues and the wider team, helping to keep jobs running smoothly and ensuring a seamless repairs service.

You'll bring:

  • NVQ Level 2/City & Guilds in Painting & Decorating, (or equivalent) or significant equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven decorating expertise, with solid experience delivering high-quality internal and external painting and redecoration across occupied and void properties.
  • Experience working within social housing, property maintenance, repairs, or a similar customer-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of best practice, including the safe application of treatments such as damp and mould solutions.
  • A commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
  • A full UK driving licence.
