We're looking for a talented Project Manager to join Selway Joyce - one of the UK's most respected construction consultancies, with a 68-year legacy delivering complex, high-value projects for some of the world's most discerning clients. From Royal Estates and Mayfair residences to independent schools and luxury hospitality, we operate at the top end of the market - and we're growing.
The Role
You'll take full ownership of project delivery across all RIBA stages - managing programmes, commercial controls, design teams, and client relationships on projects where quality is non-negotiable. You'll be expected to lead, challenge, and make decisions that protect our clients' interests and our firm's reputation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading high-value, design-led projects from inception to handover
- Administering JCT contracts (CA or Employer's Agent)
- Driving commercial control alongside our QS teams - interrogating costs, managing risk, and eliminating ambiguity
- Managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and holding them to account
- Building long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven UK construction PM experience, ideally on high-value or complex projects (Heritage and Education beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work and JCT contract administration
- Commercial sharpness - you understand cost, risk, and programme interdependencies
- MRICS (or working towards it) preferred
- Degree qualified in Project Management, or a related discipline
