The Role
A Director-level appointment for an established Building Surveyor ready to lead and help grow the Building Surveying Department. This will be a new department and so it is essential you have a track record in growth strategy and implementation. You'll have the backing of a well-respected consultancy, an existing client base, and the autonomy to shape a department.
What You'll Be Doing
- Establishing and growing Selway Joyce's Building Surveying offering from the ground up
- Bringing and developing your own client relationships across our core sectors
- Delivering a full BS service
- Creating a strategy to grow the department across the building surveying field
- Integrating with our QS and PM teams to offer fully coordinated consultancy services
- Building and leading a team as the department grows
- Contributing to firm strategy at senior leadership level
- Full P&L ownership

- MRICS qualified with significant post-qualification experience
- An established Director with a demonstrable client following - this role requires you to bring relationships.
