Qualifications

- Excellent knowledge of the primarycurriculum. (E)
- Understanding of effective strategies for maintaining high standards of discipline in accordance withthe school’s policy.(E)
- An understanding of equality of opportunity issues and how they can be addressedin schools. (E)
- Recent, relevant experience of using technology to support learningin the classroom. (E)
- Well-developed oral and writtenskills. (E)
- An interest in currentpedagogical research and ideas. (D)
