Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager in Wrexham for a 3-4 month interim role.
You will own day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of multi-million-pound capital projects in a client-side environment, coordinating professional teams and ensuring milestones progress.
The role requires strong programme, cost, risk and change management skills with knowledge of PCSA and two-stage procurement; familiarity with JCT Design and Build contracts is desirable.
