Private Client Paralegal Remote working £24,000 - £28,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
The market leader for private client work has expanded its estate planning team due to success, as such are looking to recruit Private Client Paralegals to assist its growing team. This opportunity can be worked on a fully remote working basis or if preferred, Paralegals can attend an office across the UK, which are situated in the North West, Bristol, the West Midlands or South Yorkshire.
Private Client Paralegal duties include:
- Managing a caseload of Estate Planning work, ensuring relevant parties are updated with the completion of cases
- Draft a variety of documents including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other Estate Planning documents
- Communicating with clients over the phone and over email, providing a great customer service
As the Private Client Paralegal, you will:
- Have extensive previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients on Private Client matters, particularly Wills involving Trusts, either in an in-house or private practice setting
- Be able to prioritise workloads and have experience managing your own cases
- Be able to communicate with clients efficiently and effectively
