Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Practitioner Will Include:

  • Managing a diverse private client caseload independently
  • Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Advising on Probate and Estate Administration matters
  • Assisting clients with Trust creation and administration
  • Providing clear, practical, and professional legal advice
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships and standards of client care
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own caseload effectively
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Required Experience/Qualifications of the Private Client Practitioner Position Will Include:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
  • 3-8 PQE
  • Proven experience handling a full private client caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication and client care abilities
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
  • STEP membership, or working towards a STEP qualification, would be advantageous but is not essential
