Are you an experienced Surveyor/Inspector with great knowledge of Awaab's Law? Sellick Partnership Ltd is partnering with an emerging Housing Association in the East Midlands to recruit a Technical Inspector dealing with Damp and Mould across properties in the Leicestershire areas.
Daily Duties:
- Completing surveys on properties experiencing damp and mould issues.
- Identifying damp, condensation and mould issues and advising tenants on reasons for the issue.
- Travelling across Leicester and surrounding areas carrying out damp and mould inspections.
- Undertaking HHSRS surveys.
- Liaising with tenants regarding issues and specifying remedial works.
- Using the provided PPE.
Essential Experience:
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Willingness to undergo DBS check.
- Knowledge of damp and mould issues, what causes them and how to treat them.
- Knowledge of HHSRS.
