Using analytical expertise and market insight to improve model performance and pricing accuracy. They will be confident challenging existing approaches, translating complex analysis into clear recommendations and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience in personal or commercial property lines and/or direct online channels would be advantageous. Strong experience developing, maintaining and enhancing risk pricing models and technical rates. Proficiency in SQL, R, Python or similar analytical tools. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Experience managing, mentoring or coaching others would be beneficial but is not essential.
