Sellick Partnership is proud to be partnering with a key NHS client based in the Southwest, to recruit a Finance Business Partner for an initial 6 month contract.
This is a hybrid role - you would be required on site in the Southwest 3 days per week.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include:
- Provide strategic financial and business leadership to the Divisional Management Team, promoting a joined-up approach to monitoring income, activity, expenditure, and workforce performance.
- Hold overall responsibility for delivering a comprehensive financial management and business partnering service across the Division.
- Ensure monthly performance reports are accurate, robust, and provide reliable insight to support informed management decision-making.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all aspects of the Division's annual financial planning and budgeting process.
- Provide constructive challenge to all areas of Divisional performance, identifying opportunities to improve financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
Required experience/qualifications:
- CCAB qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- NHS finance business partnering.
- Management/leadership of small teams.
