A Legal 500-ranked law firm, following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking an Employment Partner to join its growing team.
The Role
You will lead and develop the employment law offering, advising a diverse client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This includes tribunal litigation, advisory work, restructures, TUPE, and strategic HR support. The role offers a high level of client contact, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to business development and team growth across the firm.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE in employment law
- Proven experience operating at Partner level or as a Senior Associate ready for partnership
- Strong background in both respondent and claimant employment matters
- Demonstrable business development and client relationship management skills
- Confident leader with a commercial, client-focused approach
