A Legal 500-ranked law firm, following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking a Corporate Partner to join its growing team.
The Role
You will lead and develop the firm's corporate offering, advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, reorganisations, and general company advisory work. The role offers a high level of client contact, strategic involvement, and the opportunity to play a key role in business development and the continued growth of the department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE in corporate law
- Currently operating at Partner level or a Senior Associate ready to step up
- Strong technical expertise across M&A and general corporate work
- Proven business development experience and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Commercial, proactive, and client-focused approach
