Sellick Partnership is currently seeking a Locum Property Lawyer (Conveyancing) to start a 6-month locum contract for a public sector organisation in the East of England. This role will be diverse, working within a highly regarded and recognised organisation.
The Property Lawyer duties include:
- Dealing with leasehold properties, reviewing and writing summaries on leases.
- Drafting legal documentation for shared ownership schemes, assignments, and surrender/regrant.
Experience required for the Property Lawyer role:
We are looking to hear from candidates who are either qualified lawyers or conveyancers.
