One of my key clients, a highly regarded Top 100 full-service law firm, are looking for an experienced corporate solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join its top-ranked Corporate team in Guildford as a senior associate. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a market-leading firm that advises an impressive portfolio of clients on a broad range of high-value and complex corporate transactions. The team is recognised for its expertise across both domestic and cross-border matters, providing exposure to sophisticated work typically associated with larger City firms while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, investments, restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. You will have direct client contact and play a key role in managing transactions from inception through to completion.

About you:
- Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer/Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE
- Strong corporate transactional experience
- Experience handling M&A, investments, and general corporate matters
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
What is on offer:
- £75,000 - £95,000 basic salary (DOE)
