My client is seeking a Solicitor or Associate (2-5 years PQE) to join a reputable Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including road traffic collisions, clinical negligence matters such as misdiagnosis and failure to treat, and more.

You will handle a broad range of personal injury and clinical negligence cases, support senior colleagues on complex, high-value matters, and take responsibility for meeting financial and performance targets. All while upholding exceptional client care standards, ensuring compliance, and actively engaging in training and business development initiatives.

1. 2-5 years PQE
2. Experience in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence
3. Strong drafting skills
4. Client-focused with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Experience with business development and marketing
