Overview of the Pricing Specialist role

Sellick Partnership is currently supporting a leading organisation with the recruitment of an experienced Pricing Specialist on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on reviewing current pricing processes, identifying areas for improvement and providing clear recommendations to support more efficient ways of working.

Key responsibilities of the Pricing Specialist will include:

  • Review current pricing processes and existing documentation
  • Identify key areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement
  • Redesign agreed focus areas to improve how pricing activity is managed
  • Provide insight into how long price changes should take across different teams
  • Work with stakeholders to understand challenges, blockers and dependencies

Required experience of the Pricing Specialist position will include:

  • Strong experience in pricing, pricing operations or pricing transformation
  • Experience reviewing and improving processes within a complex organisation
  • Ability to identify practical improvements and make clear recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident working independently at a senior interim level
