My client, a leading US law firm, is looking for a Corporate Associate (1–4 PQE) to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded international corporate practice advising an impressive client base on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border transactions.

The team advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Disposals and corporate restructurings
  • Recapitalisations
  • Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
  • Cross-border transactions
  • Auctions and takeovers
  • Equity capital markets transactions
  • Private equity and venture capital investments

The successful candidate will gain exposure to sophisticated, international matters while working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements:

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor or lawyer
  • 1–4 years’ PQE gained at a recognised corporate practice
  • Experience working on high-quality corporate transactions
