An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Partner to join a highly regarded Wills, Trusts & Tax team. This role offers the opportunity to advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex and high-value matters while playing a key role in the leadership and growth of the team.

The Role

  • Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including:
    • Wills and estate planning for high-net-worth clients
    • Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
    • Trust creation, structuring, and administration
    • Estate administration, including complex and high-value estates
    • Asset protection and wealth preservation strategies
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and matters
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
  • Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
  • Support business development and strategic growth initiatives

About You

  • Extensive experience in private client law
  • Strong technical expertise across wills, trusts, tax, and estate planning
  • Proven experience advising high-net-worth clients
  • Commercially aware with strong relationship management skills
  • Experience mentoring and supervising junior team members
  • Proactive, collaborative, and confident in business development activities
