A well-established, Legal 500-ranked firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its growing team across its Shrewsbury and Telford offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded property lawyer with 5+ years’ experience to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

  • You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • Remortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • New build transactions
    • Shared ownership matters

You’ll be working as part of a collaborative team with strong administrative support, handling good quality work and maintaining excellent client relationships.

About You:

  • 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
  • Able to manage a full caseload independently
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable working across both Shrewsbury and Telford offices where required
