An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a highly regarded litigation team handling complex commercial and property disputes for a sophisticated client base.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery matters
- Property litigation
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 2 years' PQE
- Experience in commercial litigation or at least one litigation seat
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
