Do you have experience dealing with different client groups such as young people and adults? Do you want an opportunity to improve the lives of people in communities in Nottinghamshire?

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected Care and Housing Support provider in the East Midlands to recruit for a Senior Support Worker as part of an organisation-wide project.

Responsibilities of the Senior Support Worker will include:

  • Supporting junior members of the team to offer Support
  • Delegating tasks
  • Managing a caseload of clients
  • Providing a comprehensive Support Service to complex needs service users
  • Initiating evaluations of residents/tenants
  • Working in partnership with other agencies such as the GP, Police, ASB Officers etc
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of residents within all the accommodation using the bespoke software and reporting tools

Shifts are Monday to Sunday, 4-5 days a week. There is flexibility around the hours (if required).

The Housing and Support professional will have:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • Enhanced DBS
