A Professional Services firm is recruiting for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to permanently join their reputable Corporate team, based in their London office with a hybrid working pattern.
The Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor will be required to:
- Dealing with various high profile, international M&A transactional cases, including due diligence with buy-side and sell-side matters.
- Handle technical Corporate Restructuring projects.
- Work alongside the Tax team and the wider business to build relationships within the organisation and with clients.
- Manage certain matters under the supervision of Corporate partners.
As the Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor, you will have:
- Ideally qualified as a Solicitor in the UK, or equivalent, with extensive UK experience.
- Technical Corporate M&A and Restructuring experience.
- Experience dealing with multinational corporations and advising on cross-border matters is highly desirable.
- This role is ideally looking at 6 years post qualification experience, however candidates at all levels will be considered.
This role offers the Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor:
- Salary from £80,000.
- Hybrid working scheme, working 3 days per week from the office and the rest of your time from home.
- Lower chargeable targets compared to the standard elsewhere.
- Bonus scheme based on company and individual performance.
- Comprehensive benefits package with pension scheme, car scheme, private medical cover, and more dependent on level of experience.
