The predicted salary is between 60 - 65 £ per hour.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a large and well-respected Local Authority in the North West. This is a locum position and will be for an initial period of 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension beyond this.

The successful Adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to:

  • Court of Protection applications
  • Deprivation of Liberty
  • Ordinary Residence
  • Mental Capacity queries
  • Providing general legal advice in relation to adult social care and mental health

The ideal candidate will be locally based; however, remote working candidates will be considered. While previous experience working within local government is desirable, qualified solicitors from a private practice background should also apply.
