The Role

Real Estate Partner to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate lawyer to take on a senior role with genuine involvement in growing the team, developing client relationships and expanding the firm's real estate practice .
You will
- Handle a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord and tenant and asset management work.
- Advise developers, investors, landlords, tenants and corporate clients on complex real estate matters.
- Lead and manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Develop strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Help grow and shape the real estate team.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers.
- Play an active role in the strategic development of the firm's real estate offering.
