We are working with a well-established Top 100 national law firm, which is looking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Legal Director/Partner to join its growing disputes team. This is a strategic hire, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked firm, with an established regional and national client base.
You'll advise a broad range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, managing agents and corporate occupiers on a wide variety of complex property litigation matters. The work is high quality and varied, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, possession proceedings, rights of light, easements and boundary disputes, contentious development issues and asset management litigation.
You'll also take an active role in business development, client relationship management, team leadership and supporting the continued expansion of the property litigation offering.
