Sellick Partnership Ltd are working alongside a public sector organisation assisting them with the recruitment of a Project Delivery Manager to deliver building maintenance works across a variety of commercial properties.
Daily duties of the Project Delivery Manager:
- Ensure the successful delivery of building maintenance works across a variety of commercial properties
- Manage projects from the inception through to completion
- Manage and supervise external contractors to ensure works are completed to high standard
- Carry out risk management and job planning duties for projects
- Effectively liaise with and undertake the role of the Principle Designer
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislations
Essential requirements of the Project Delivery Manager:
- Possess an IOSH certification
- Experienced with managing both planned maintenance and reactive repairs
- Full UK Driver's License
