Sellick Partnership is seeking a Delegated Authority Underwriting Oversight Associate to join a well-known insurance business, which is part of a wider global reinsurance group, on a permanent basis. You will be joining a newly formed team within the business, responsible for overseeing outsourced underwriting activities and ensuring that underwriting processes, performance, and controls meet regulatory standards.
The DA Underwriting Oversight Associate will be required to:
- Monitor outsourced underwriting and ensure compliance with FCA Conduct Rules
- Act as a liaison between Underwriting & Product Delivery Team and business units
- Review product performance, distribution, and underwriting results
- Assess and manage operational underwriting risks
- Support reporting, data analysis, and oversight projects
- Assist managers with strategy and team objectives
