The predicted salary is between 18 - 18 £ per hour.

Sellick Partnership is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to work within a public sector organisation on a part-time 3 month contract with the possibility of being extended.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Providing proactive general administration services and undertaking clerical duties in a professional, timely manner, as and when required
  • Answering and directing calls as required
  • Diary Management for team members, including booking meetings
  • Scanning documentation ensuring that they are correctly named and put in the right record
  • Evaluation of budgets
  • Take minutes as required
  • Input and collate expenses as required

The Personal Assistant will ideally have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of GDPR, inputting data and data management
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Experience of budget monitoring

The Personal Assistant will need to have excellent communication skills and effectively be able to communicate to stakeholders of all levels. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy to ensure all workload is carried out effectively and efficiently. They will also need to be able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands.
