Location: West Midlands - Remote working available

Salary: £12 to £14 per hour plus holiday pay

Hours: Part time or Full-Time options available

Duration: Interim - 4 to 6 months

Job Summary:

  • Coordinate the delivery of clinical interventions for children and young people and their families
  • Support specific processes for data management to contribute to clinical and service audits

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone queries with families
  • Respond to, record and report any adverse events or incidents relating to client care
  • Complete relevant forms and documentation to support referrals to the treatment waiting list
  • Ensure that up to date written and/or electronic records and activity data are maintained
  • Ensure patient records are updated

Person Specification:

  • Strong Administration skills
  • The ability to understand EPR records
  • The ability to identify patient data validation
