The Role

They are seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team in either their Manchester office. This is a full-time hybrid position offering the opportunity to work on high-value M&A transactions and investment-related deals for an international client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint ventures
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate and commercial agreements
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across jurisdictions and practice areas
  • Manage client relationships and deliver work to the highest professional standards

About You

  • UK Qualified Solicitor (NQ–4 years PQE) – applicants from other common law jurisdictions will also be considered
  • Proven expertise in Corporate Law; Banking and Finance experience is an advantage
  • Strong academic background and excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and drafting abilities
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
