Do you want to engage with vulnerable people and improve their lives? Our client, an organisation offering support services, is looking for a Complex Needs Support Worker to join their team.

Duties of the Complex Needs Support Worker role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the safety of residents and security of the accommodation is maintained at all times
  • Visiting tenants in their properties and shared settings in a safe way
  • Providing cover for residents with complex needs such as mental health and drug and alcohol misuse
  • Making referrals where necessary
  • Aiding them to access employment, education and training courses
  • Accurately recording all contact with the client base

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working with vulnerable groups
  • Safeguarding knowledge/experience
  • Enhanced DBS
