Job Overview
As a technical officer, you will join the Planned Programmes Team within Housing Repairs and Maintenance in Bristol, supporting the delivery of compliance across housing stock on a 3-month contract. This role focuses on repairs and maintenance, ensuring key improvement works such as heating and bathroom installations are completed to a high standard while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned repairs and maintenance works including electrical compliance, cyclical maintenance, and property improvements.
- Work closely with Estates Management and Legal Services to address non-compliance.
- Manage scheduling exceptions, respond to stakeholder queries, and support solutions to operational challenges.
