You will join a well-established Family team handling a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements
You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners, gaining exposure to complex matters while building your own caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Assist senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters
- Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong relationships
- Support business development and networking activities
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Chester office
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
- Training seat or experience in Family Law
