  • You will assist with and manage a range of commercial litigation matters, including:
  • Contract disputes
  • Shareholder and director disputes
  • Partnership issues
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Breach of warranty and restrictive covenant matters
  • You will have early responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues on more complex disputes.
  • About You:

    • NQ Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
    • Experience in commercial litigation (training seat or equivalent)
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Confident communicator with good client care skills
    • Able to manage a busy and varied caseload
