An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a growing Commercial Litigation team. This role offers the chance to work on a high-quality, varied caseload while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role:
- You will assist with and manage a range of commercial litigation matters, including:
- Contract disputes
- Shareholder and director disputes
- Partnership issues
- Professional negligence claims
- Breach of warranty and restrictive covenant matters
About You:
- NQ Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
- Experience in commercial litigation (training seat or equivalent)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good client care skills
- Able to manage a busy and varied caseload
