About the Role

As a Senior Building Control Surveyor, you will undertake a varied and rewarding workload, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation. You will play an integral part in safeguarding public safety while supporting development across the area.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Building Control Surveyor include:

  • Assessing plans and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with Building Regulations
