What will you be doing?
- Opening, maintaining and archiving files.
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents.
- Managing calls, emails, diaries and appointments.
- Monitoring key dates and deadlines.
- Assisting with billing, expenses and general administration.
- Supporting Employment Tribunal matters, including disclosure and hearing bundles.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and Counsel.
- Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Employment team.
