Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Tenancy and Housing Officer for Nottinghamshire on a temporary basis. The role is 5 days a week (37.5 hours) with 2.5 days (20 hours) available to cover additional work on accounts, tenancy and estate issues.
The position involves tenancy management, ASB investigation, and estate inspections, with duties including enforcement action where required and coordination with tenants and partners. DBS is preferred, and access to a vehicle is desirable.
