A rare and strategic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Partner (or ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step up) to join a growing Top 50 national law firm as they launch their new office in Milton Keynes. This is a growth-focused hire with the opportunity to help establish and shape the firm's regional Employment practice. The Role - What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and grow the Employment practice in Milton Keynes, supported by a national network of HR, employment, corporate and dispute resolution specialists.
- Advise on a wide range of employment matters, including:
- Employee relations and advisory work for businesses of all sizes
- TUPE, redundancies, restructuring and workforce planning
- High-value discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims
- Executive contracts, bonus disputes, restrictive covenants and senior hire matters
- Employment tribunal representation and employment-related litigation
About You
- Established Employment Partner, or Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step into partnership.
- Strong technical expertise across employment law and dispute resolution.
- Proven business development capability, ideally with existing client relationships or a modest following.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, excited by the opportunity to help build and shape a new office.
- Collaborative, client-focused, and confident in handling high-value, complex employment matters.
