Contracts Manager - Repairs and Maintenance £Competitive Nottinghamshire, UK 3 Months Temporary Are you a Repairs/Housing professional with Contracts Management experience? Do you set high organisational standards? Sellick Partnership is recruiting to a Contracts Manager in the Nottingham area on an initial three-month temporary basis. Duties of the Contracts Manager includes: Manage repairs & maintenance teams across responsive repairs, adaptations and minor capital works. Oversee property inspections to ensure accurate scoping, specification and costing of works in line with budgets and contract requirements. Maintain health & safety compliance across all operatives. Manage client relationships, meet KPIs and ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards. Ensure gas compliance across direct labour and subcontractors. Essential requirements for the Contracts Manager: Significant experience in a similar Housing/Local Authority/Construction role Great organisational skills Driving licence and capability to travel to the office for business meetings Experience procuring
