Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a brilliant opportunity for a Prosecutions Lawyer to join a well-regarded Council on a locum basis. Our client is looking for a Locum Prosecutions Lawyer with some local authority experience to join their friendly and welcoming team. This role is offering an initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to be extended. This is a full-time role and the successful candidate will have to attend court as and when needed. Therefore this role would suit someone who is able to commute to the North West region.
The main duties of this role include handling a full caseload of prosecutions matters including:
- Education/SEN
- Range of prosecution work
- Licensing
- Civil Litigation
Our client is seeking a Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with previous experience working in local government as a Prosecutions Lawyer. The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will be joining a friendly and supportive team within a well-regarded local authority and will have the opportunity to work on an interesting and diverse caseload.
