We are seeking an Employment Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join a growing and highly regarded employment law team. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and advisory work, with the opportunity to manage your own matters and contribute to client development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a varied caseload of employment matters including discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and redundancy
  • Advise clients on HR policies, contracts, disciplinaries, grievances and workplace investigations
  • Draft employment documentation including settlement agreements and service contracts
  • Support senior lawyers on high-value litigation, TUPE and restructuring projects
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver clear, pragmatic advice
  • Contribute to team training, knowledge sharing and business development activities

Requirements

  • Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in employment law
  • Experience in both contentious and advisory employment matters
  • Strong drafting, communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercially focused approach with excellent client care abilities
  • Organised, proactive and a strong team player
