Key Responsibilities of a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer:
- Drafting, negotiation, and completion of commercial contracts/tender documentation
- Grant and funding agreements
- Subsidy Control
- Handling cases on public procurement
- ICT contracts and goods and services contracts
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer:
- Previous experience handling commercial contracts
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
