A Central Government Regulatory Department is looking for an experienced Senior Public Law Lawyer to join their advisory team. Our client is looking for passionate individuals to join their dynamic and growing legal department, and successfully assist and deliver a wide range of Public Law matters.
As a Public Law Advisory Lawyer, you will be working within a team that is dedicated to its clients and supportive of its team members.
Key responsibilities:- Working with the existing legal team, Counsel and law firm on complex public law issues.
- Interpreting and advising on complex regulatory mechanisms.
- Producing timely and fit for purpose, risk-based legal advice.
- Responding in a creative manner to real-world events.
- Supporting the Regulator in being accountable for its role.
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in a Common Law Country.
- Strong Public Law experience is essential.
- Good drafting and written skills are essential.
- Ability to work with key stakeholders.
- 5 years + Post Qualifying Experience.
- £63,000 - £75,000 per annum.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- Central London Location.
