Are you a Joiner looking for work in Property? We are looking for established Joiners who are shortly looking to start a new and exciting contract in Northamptonshire.
Duties of the Multi Skilled Joiner may include:
- Undertaking a wide range of minor Joinery duties within residential properties
- Undertaking a range of multi trade duties such as Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering or Painting/Decorating
- Dealing with tenants and customer queries
- Responding to emergencies
- Travelling across the region
- Driving vehicle to undertake planned and responsive Joinery works, with a focus on fencing works during the Summer
To succeed in the Carpenter/Joiner role you will have:
- A qualification in Carpentry/Joinery OR equivalent work experience
- A driving licence and access to own van
