Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting to an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a well-regarded team at a London Authority.
Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer who is able to join their friendly team on short notice and hit the ground running. Our client is happy to consider both full-time and part-time working arrangements for this position, and there is flexibility on the working arrangement.
The successful Employment Lawyer will be expected to carry a busy and varied caseload, which will involve matters such as:
- Harassment and bullying
- Whistleblowing
- Settlement agreements
- Trades unions and industrial action
- TUPE
- Tribunal work
This position is a locum contract that will initially be for 3 months but could be quite long term. The successful Employment Lawyer will ideally be able to attend their London office once per week but candidates who cannot get to London are still encouraged to apply (the tribunals are necessary).
Our client is seeking a qualified lawyer with a current practicing certificate (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx).
